Within 14 days of receiving the goods, if there are quality issues, discrepancies with the description, or damage during shipping, you can apply for a return with proof of receipt, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Customized items, opened perishable goods, and used goods that affect resale are not eligible for return. Returns must be processed via trackable logistics and declared as "RETURNED GOODS". After approval and receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
